My name is Cecilia and I am a third year Global Studies - Middle East and South Asia major. I have worked for Green Dining for a year now and have really enjoyed organizing events such as Weigh the Waste. My specific interests are in food waste reduction and plant-based eating. Currently, most of my work for Green Dining consists of infographic creating and editing, which is a really new field for me that I'm really excited to be exploring! When I'm not working for Dining, you can find me at the dog park, reading books, and hanging out with my friends.

My name is Elizabeth and I am a third year Environmental Science and Global Environments & Sustainability double major. This is my second year working for Green Dining as an agricultural intern! Currently, I work on managing the UVA Student Garden by O’Hill and working as a bridge between Morven Kitchen Garden and UVA Dining. You might see some of the food I harvested at MKG featured on the Taste Cart in Newcomb on Wednesday nights! In my free time I love to spend time indoors cooking or outdoors on hikes.

Hi, my name is Molly. I am a fourth year Environmental Science and Global Environments & Sustainability double major. This is my third year working for Green Dining, and I am excited to continue promoting local sourcing of food and sustainability in the dining halls. Currently, I am updating the Green Dining website and preparing Green Dining newsletters. In my future career I hope to help create a more sustainable and equitable food system. In my free time I enjoy cooking and embroidery.
