Green Dining is a group of student interns directed by UVA's Sustainability Manager. Green Dining endeavors to collaborate with UVA to reach its sustainability goals and promote sustainable eating within the UVA community.

 

The main goals of Green Dining are to: 

1. Increase responsibly and locally sourced foods

2. Minimize waste

3. Promote climate-friendly menus

4. Educate & Engage the UVA community around sustainable food
