Morven Kitchen Garden

Morven Kitchen Garden is a one-acre plot on the Morven Estate, owned by the UVA Foundation. At MKG, they are dedicated to growing fresh and GAP certified crops for local use!

UVA students can get involved with them by either applying to be a student-intern or signing up for student-volunteer workdays.

 

Green Dining partners with MKG to have crops harvested weekly for special use in our dining halls. You can find this fresh and local produce featured either in select dishes or at the weekly taste cart on Wednesdays from 5-7pm in Newcomb Dining Hall!
